Danny died from injuries sustained in a tragic fall that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. After several days on life support, his family honored his selfless wish to become an organ donor, allowing his legacy of service to continue through the gift of life to others.
Danny was a dedicated attorney, trusted colleague, and compassionate advocate for his clients. Throughout his career, he exemplified professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice. He was deeply respected within the Texas legal community and was especially active with the Texas Bar, generously donating countless hours to educating fellow attorneys in family law. His mentorship and leadership helped shape the careers of many and strengthened the profession as a whole.
Beyond the courtroom, Danny was known for his kindness, humility, and sincere care for others.
